Getting work done no longer requires a serious of clicks or another dashboard, it’s now simply just a chat. That’s why we’re excited to introduce Outreach Omni.
Outreach Omni is the conversational agent that puts the full power of the Outreach platform into every chat. Unlike traditional dashboards or static reports, with Omni, any seller, leader, or revenue operations professional can ask a question, dig deeper with follow-ups, and go from insight to action; all in one place.

With Omni you can access prior conversation threads and continue from you left off. And because the work does not stop when you step away from your desk, we built Omni into Slack and Outreach Mobile App as well. Omni goes where you are.
While Omni is the universal agent that lets you run workflows through conversation, we didn’t stop there. This release brings even more Outreach AI into the hands of your sellers:
Our Meeting Prep Agent is now generally available! It ensures sellers walk into every meeting ready to win. AI-powered briefs combine attendee profiles, account and opportunity context, and recommended talking points into a single brief to equip your team with the insights and strategy needed to build stronger connections and ensure every conversation drives deals forward.
To help maintain deal momentum through the sales cycle, this release we’re introducing Deal Alerts. Not only do they alert sellers to risk, but they also automatically create action items that nudge sellers to proactively act before deals stall out. They can be customized by opportunity type and are an excellent way for sellers to effectively prioritize deals based on which ones need immediate attention.

Lastly, new Slack integrations are available for the Deal Agent and account channels.
Sellers who are putting AI to work are quota-crushing sellers. But quota-crushing sellers shouldn’t be outliers; their performance should be the standard. That’s why this release also gives leaders new resources to better identify what’s driving results and scale those patterns across every seller.
Our Outcomes Report now includes win/loss analysis, giving leaders a replicable playbook for what’s working by correlating deal attributes with win rates. Easily identify which deal characteristics actually lead to success and which don’t, creating a clear playbook for where to coach and what to replicate at scale.

Speaking of coaching, Smart KaiaTM Coach now automatically scores coach cards based on defined meeting criteria, so no seller needs to wait on feedback from their manager and no manager has the burden of reviewing every individual recording. This approach scales coaching coverage, ensures feedback is consistent, and surfaces development opportunities that would otherwise be missed.
In addition to coaching individual sellers, upleveling team performance also requires visibility into what’s happening across your organization. With AI Topics Explorer, leaders can analyze conversations at scale to uncover patterns across product and competitor mentions. Instead of sampling calls, leaders can see what customers consistently say across every interaction, enabling smarter messaging, positioning, and coaching.
Lastly, the Deal Agent now also includes Custom AI Deal Summaries for different opportunity types, enabling leaders to instantly catch up on key deal insights during pipeline inspections or forecast reviews.

With Agent Studio, admins can now deploy ready-to-run AI workflows without building from scratch. A new visual canvas makes it easy to configure workflows for core sales motions like inbound lead engagement, closed-lost reactivation, and deal alerts. Iterate on these workflows with the flexibility to customize based on your needs and your team spends less time on technical set-up and more time shaping strategy.

When it comes to configuring agentic workflows, data is at the heart of precise agent outcomes. And with Knowledge, admins can bring their company data directly into Outreach. Think about your product data sheets, or persona guides that are all buried in internal folders. With Knowledge, you can connect the context of those documents directly with Outreach agents. The next time you run a persona-based Revenue Agent play, our Personalization Agent can reference your persona guides and create highly relevant messages that resonate with your buyers and convert into opportunities.
