Connects GTM targeting decisions to long-term revenue economics. A healthy ratio suggests the business is acquiring customers who generate enough lifetime value (LTV) to justify acquisition cost. A very high ratio can signal underinvestment in growth. A low ratio typically indicates ICP drift: the GTM strategy is acquiring customers who do not generate enough lifetime value to justify acquisition cost.
The spread of individual rep performance relative to target, tracked across above-quota, at-quota, and below-quota bands. A distribution heavily weighted toward a small number of top performers signals a process or enablement gap, not just a talent problem. The key is separating intentional design from systemic underperformance.
