Who conducts the interview matters as much as what you ask. The rep who worked the deal should not run it. Neither should their manager.
Buyers adjust their feedback when talking to someone who had a stake in the outcome, and they almost always soften the criticism. Use someone from product, research, or strategy with no involvement in the deal, or bring in a third-party firm.
