2026 Outreach Nucleo Awards official rules
1. Sponsor
The Nucleo Awards (the “Awards”) are run by Outreach Corporation (“Outreach”).
2. Dates
Nominations open October 14, 2026, and close November 13, 2026, at 11:59pm PT.
3. Who is eligible
Employees of current Outreach customer organizations may be nominated. For organization awards, the organization must be a current Outreach customer in good standing.
Anyone may submit a nomination, including the nominee, a peer, or an Outreach account team member.
The nominee must know about the nomination, and the nominee’s employer must approve it.
Employees of Outreach and its affiliates are not eligible.
Government employees may not receive prizes with monetary value and may be offered non-monetary recognition only.
4. Categories
The Awards include six categories:
Organization awards: Pipeline Impact Award and Agentic Revenue Pioneer
Individual awards: Revenue Leader of the Year, Rising Revenue Leader, AE of the Year, and Women in Sales Leader of Impact
5. Entry rules
Each nominee may be entered in one category per entry, and in up to two categories in total.
A submitter may nominate more than one nominee.
Each entry must include the nominee’s name, title, company, and email, plus the category, a narrative of 500 words or fewer, and two to three quantified results with timeframes.
Screenshots, a video under two minutes, and a leader quote are optional.
Redact all customer and prospect data from screenshots and other materials.
Submitters confirm the nominee knows about the nomination, the nominee’s employer has approved it, and the information is accurate.
Late, incomplete, or ineligible entries may be disqualified.
6. Judging
A cross-functional panel at Outreach reviews every eligible entry. Judges consider measurable impact, how creatively the nominee has used the platform and AI, how well the team has adopted it, and how clearly the story is told. Decisions are final.
7. Prizes
Individual winners receive one complimentary pass to Unleash 2027 and an Outreach swag package.
Organization winners receive one complimentary pass to Unleash 2027 and one swag package for a representative.
AI credits: Each winning organization receives AI credits
- Credits go to the winner’s organization, apply to that organization’s account only, and have no cash value.
- Credits expire 12 months after they’re granted.
- The organization must accept Outreach’s standard AI credits terms by signing an order form if it hasn’t already. No purchase is required.
- Winners have the choice of 5,000 credits + $4,000 of Professional Services support or 10,000 credits for their organization.
All prizes are non-transferable. The Unleash 2027 pass doesn’t include travel or lodging.
Winners must confirm that accepting a prize is consistent with their employer’s gift policy.
Prizes can’t be exchanged or substituted, except that Outreach may substitute a prize of equal value.
8. Winner requirements
Before any announcement, winners will be asked to sign a marketing release, and their employer must approve the recognition. Outreach may disqualify a winner who does not complete these steps and select another.
