Zesty Lemon Bars

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix flour, powdered sugar, and butter until crumbly. Press into a greased 8x8 inch pan. Bake for 15 minutes. In another bowl, whisk eggs, granulated sugar, lemon juice, zest, and baking powder. Pour over the crust and bake for an additional 20 minutes. Let cool before cutting into squares.
