An action is a specific AI‑powered task performed by the platform—such as generating a personalized message or completing an individual search—each defined with clear, measurable criteria and a predictable credit cost. Credits are then deducted according to the predefined amount associated with each action.

Yes. If your team needs more credits than what is included in your plan, you can purchase additional credit packs at any time.
